These Marry Me Wings are juicy, creamy, flavorful, and take less than 30 minutes to make. As the name says, you might be in for a marriage proposal when you make these delicious wings. Pair these savory wings with a Brown Ale for the ultimate beer pairing.

The sun-dried tomatoes and creamy sauce on these wings give them an incredible tangy, buttery flavor. The wings can be cooked in many different ways, but our favorite way to get them super crispy is the air fryer.

  • Air fryer

  • Deep pan or skillet

  • Chicken wings

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Garlic powder

  • Neutral oil (we used Avocado oil)

  • Garlic

  • Sun-dried tomatoes

  • Crushed red chili flakes

  • Onion powder

  • Fresh thyme

  • Heavy cream

  • Butter

  • Fresh basil

  • Parmesan cheese

  • Brown Ale beer

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: SEASON WINGS
  • Add defrosted chicken wings to a bowl with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  • Toss to evenly coat

STEP 2: COOK WINGS
  • Place wings in a single layer, and cook in the air fryer at 400°F for 10 minutes.

  • Flip the chicken wings and cook for another 6-10 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 170°F.

STEP 3: SAUTE GARLIC
  • Sautee the garlic with neutral oil in a deep pan or skillet until fragrant, about 15-20 seconds.

STEP 4: MAKE SAUCE
  • Add broth, tomatoes, chili flakes, onion powder, cream butter, and thyme.

STEP 5: SIMMER
  • Simmer for about 10 minutes until the wings finish cooking.

STEP 6: ADD WINGS
  • Add the cooked wings to the sauce and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.

STEP 7: SERVE
  • Add the wings to a bowl and pour the remaining sauce from the pan over the wings.

  • Optional - top with fresh basil and grated parmesan cheese. Pair with a delicious Brown Ale.
