Mozzarella-stuffed dinner rolls brushed with olive oil, baked until golden, then coated in a glossy honey garlic butter.
These Honey Butter Garlic Rolls are a quick, comfort-style side that hit all the right notes: crispy edges, melty cheese in the center, and a warm honey garlic butter that finishes everything off. They’re simple, fast, and visually perfect for serving with weeknight dinners or holiday meals.

The rolls start with a clean X-cut that gets packed with shredded low-moisture mozzarella. A light olive oil brush helps the tops brown evenly in the oven. The honey garlic butter is bloomed on the stovetop to pull out the full garlic aroma without scorching. As soon as the rolls come out, the butter melts into every corner for the best texture and sheen.
