DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: PREHEAT OVEN
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.

STEP 2: GARLIC
  • Slice about 1/2-inch off the top of the garlic head to expose the cloves

  • Drizzle olive oil over the top of the head of garlic and wrap tightly in aluminum foil.

  • Bake at 400°F for 45-60 minutes until the garlic becomes buttery soft and caramelized.

  • Reduce oven temperature to 350°F after removing the garlic.

STEP 3: PREP CHICKEN
  • Slice the chicken breasts into 1/2-inch thick cutlets.

  • Fully coat the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

STEP 4: COOK CHICKEN
  • In a hot, deep pan or skillet, add the oil and chicken cutlets.

  • Cook on medium heat for a few minutes on each side until the chicken gets a crispy crust and fully cooks through (170°F internal temperature).

  • Slice chicken into 1/2-inch wide strips.

STEP 5: GARLIC BUTTER
  • In a bowl, combine the softened butter, roasted garlic and half of the chopped parsley, and set aside.

STEP 6: FRENCH BREAD
