Citrus Grilled Chicken

This Citrus Grilled Chicken is light, fresh, and loaded with juicy citrus. This is an easy and healthy recipe that only takes minutes to prepare. It's full of fresh citrus: grapefruit, lemon, orange, and lime.

The marinade for this is loaded with tons of juicy citrus flavor that best absorbs into the chicken over 24 hours. However, it will still be delicious if you only have 30 minutes.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED (scroll to full ingredient list)
Chicken breasts
Grapefruit
Orange
Lemon
Lime
Olive oil
Garlic
Parsley
Salt
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1: MARINADE
Juice the grapefruit, orange, lemon, and limes in a mixing Bowl.
Add the olive oil, garlic, salt, and parsley. Then mix.
STEP 2: CHICKEN
Slice the chicken breasts into cutlets.
Add the chicken to the marinade bowl and fully coat in the marinade.
STEP 3: MARINADE
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours, or at least 30 minutes.
STEP 4: GRILL
Grill the chicken over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
STEP 5: SERVE
Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with sliced grapefruit and lemon for squeezing over the chicken.

2 lbs chicken breasts
MARINADE
1/2 grapefruit, juiced
1 orange, juiced
1 lemon, juiced
2 limes, juiced
1/4 C olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 TBSP fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp salt
SERVING
1 lemon, sliced into wedges
1/2 grapefruit, sliced into wedges
