Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers

These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. An easy weeknight meal, these skewers only take 30 minutes to make. Pair these Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers with our Lemon Mexican Lager or German Pils.

These chicken skewers are loaded with buttery garlic and fresh-grated parmesan cheese. This recipe can easily be increased for your next party or family dinner.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED (scroll to full ingredient list)
6-inch Bamboo Skewers
Chicken
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt
Black pepper
Butter
Garlic
Fresh Parsley
Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1: SOAK SKEWERS
Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes. This will help prevent burning when grilling.
STEP 2: PREP BUTTER
Mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and parmesan cheese.
Transfer 1/2 C to a second bowl and save for basting during the cook.
STEP 3: CHICKEN
Mix the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Chop chicken into 1-inch cubes and add to the bowl with the seasoning to fully coat.
Tightly pack the chicken onto the skewers.
Brush with garlic parmesan butter mixture.
STEP 4: GRILL
Grill skewers over medium heat.
With a clean basting brush, baste the chicken with the remaining garlic parmesan butter every few minutes.
Cook chicken to an internal temperature of 170°F (10-15 minutes).
STEP 5: SERVE
Optional- serve with Lemon Mexican Lager, German Pils, or other light lager.

Makes 4-5 servings
2lb Chicken (boneless breasts, tenderloins, or thighs)
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 C butter, melted
8 cloves garlic, minced
2 TBSP fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 C Parmesan cheese, grated
