This is the Best Homemade Coleslaw you may ever eat. It's fresh and creamy, and adds a perfect crunch to just about anything.

We love this Homemade Coleslaw with BBQ, on sandwiches, or even on its own as a side. This vinegar-free recipe has the perfect balance of creamy and tangy flavor.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED (scroll to full ingredient list)
Red and green cabbage
Carrots
Half & Half
Lemon
Dark and raw maple syrup
Salt
Black pepper
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1: SLICE
On a Mandoline, thinly slice the cabbages and carrots and combine them in a large Mixing Bowl.

STEP 2: SEASON
Add the mayonnaise, half & half, lemon juice, raw maple syrup, salt, and fresh black pepper.
STEP 3: TOSS
Toss the Coleslaw to fully coat.
STEP 4: MARINATE
Cover the Mixing Bowl and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 head red cabbage
1/2 head green cabbage
2 carrots, shredded
½ C mayonnaise
1/2 C Half and Half
1/2 lemon, juiced (2 TBSP)
2 TBSP raw & dark maple syrup
1/2 TSP sea salt
1/2 TSP black pepper
