This is the Best Homemade Coleslaw you may ever eat. It's fresh and creamy, and adds a perfect crunch to just about anything.



We love this Homemade Coleslaw with BBQ, on sandwiches, or even on its own as a side. This vinegar-free recipe has the perfect balance of creamy and tangy flavor.








DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: SLICE


STEP 2: SEASON
  • Add the mayonnaise, half & half, lemon juice, raw maple syrup, salt, and fresh black pepper.

STEP 3: TOSS
  • Toss the Coleslaw to fully coat.

STEP 4: MARINATE





INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 head red cabbage

  • 1/2 head green cabbage

  • 2 carrots, shredded

  • ½ C mayonnaise

  • 1/2 C Half and Half

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced (2 TBSP)

  • 2 TBSP raw & dark maple syrup

  • 1/2 TSP sea salt

  • 1/2 TSP black pepper
