These Beer-Battered Onion Rings are addictingly crispy and restaurant-quality! Pair with a Pale Ale and you'll be in snack heaven. Watch my Onion Ring video HERE.

The Pale Ale beer batter makes these onion rings incredibly crispy and adds a delicious depth to all the flavors in this recipe. The cayenne adds a subtle heat and the outside texture has an extra crispy-crunch. At the center of the ring, sits a perfectly tender caramelized onion.
